We consider Periodontics to be the foundation for all that we do. We must have healthy gums and bones in order to perform any restorative treatment. Every patient is screened to determine which type of gum treatment, if any, is necessary.

Masci & Hale has a Periodontics (gum specialist) on our staff. We are able to take care of any of your gum needs right in our office.

Dr. Thomas Rafferty is an expert in all aspects of gum treatments. Our recent addition of a state-of-the-art dental laser makes gum treatment less uncomfortable. In addition, the laser is a necessary microbial deterrent that is important to reducing bacteria linked to heart diseases and other systemic health problems.
